Shoddy Customer Service...
Working in retail, I know a few things about customer service and one of the most important things is treating each customer equally.
Sadly, Microsoft customer services in the UK seem to be ignoring this and simply deciding whether or not to fix faulty 2005 Xbox 360 on a whim. Check out our article here!
Now, I've got to admit to being a little more motivated to publish this story than usual as it's happening to a friend of mine who works hard on BXB but I think it really does highlight the massive difference in service we get compared to the States and the fact that the decision as to fix a 2005 UK 360 or not depends solely upon the guy who answers the phone.
This sort of thing really gets up my nose.
