Ha-doo-ken!

Shock horror, I've actually managed to find some time to play on my Xbox 360. If I had one of those silly Xbox 360 Blog things it'd say: "Michael was too busy with the rest of his life to spend any time on me. I also suspect he's cheating on me with another Xbox 360."

I got a couple of copies of Rockstar Presents Table Tennis this weekend so I've been playing on that. I've perfected all the training and unlocked the "Noob" award for playing on Xbox Live and I've got to say it's a really fun and addictive game. It's very fast paced and you have to have lightning fast reactions to pull off good shots and outwit your opponent. We'll have a review up on BXB when we're good and ready.

I also tried out Urban Choas on my Xbox. I haven't played on my Xbox for a while and the S-Pad felt very odd in my hands but I soon got back into the swing of things and was pleasantly surprised about some of the cool gamplay elements of Urban Chaos.

It has been out a couple of weeks now but hasn't been getting any decent coverage despite the fact it's not a bad game and only lets itself down with the graphics which, of course, compare poorly to the 360.

Finally, I've been playing on the game of The DaVinci Code. The book is great and I recently saw the movie which is also really good, however, the game isn't. It's a bit buggy and because of the strong story telling nature of The DaVinci Code it's made up of more cut scenes than action.

I expect the recently announced Lost game to go in the same direction.

Looking forward to next week as Street Fighter 2 finally hits the Partnernet and I'll be giving my first impressions on BXB and some lovely exclusive screens. I didn't play the Street Fighter series much the first time round as I was a devout Sega boy so I'm looking forward to it this time!
