BXB DNA

If you've been here before, you'll have noticed that I've changed my blog design. Well, I realised that my ambition of writing an insiders blog about the gaming industry from an outsiders point of view was similar to the ambition of trying to make Battlefield Earth a good movie.

So I decided to have a bit of a "re-brand" (which incidentally is my latest favourite jargon word which I seem to be using everywhere). Here's what I quoted myself saying on BXB about the changes: "I've had my blog up and running for a while now and it started out as a personal "Dear Diary" style affair, but after a few months I've realised that the only thing I ever talk about on it is BXB and so I've re-launched it under the name BXB DNA.

"Basically, its your insider look into the workings behind BXB and I'll be pulling no punches with the stories told; there's going to be no holds barred and I definitely won't be sugar coating any truths. It's a bare boned look at life running a Community site."

So, out with the standard template and in with a more BXB themed one. We've got the multicoloured header from BXB; some nice shades of grey; there's still a little bit of green in there as a nod to the Xbox but my favourite feature is the cool BXB logo DNA in the background of the top post, something very kindly created by BXB's artist Craig Fox.

Enjoy.
